30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered (according to carrier tracking information) to request a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item.
- Part of your order is missing.
- The item received does not match your order details (such as color or size).
- The item was damaged during transit.
- The item has significant defects or quality issues.
- Your package has not been delivered within 45 days after shipment (excluding customs delays, force majeure events, or incorrect address information).
No Return Required
Due to the nature of international shipping, customers are generally not required to return products. For eligible claims, Chess Xiangqi may provide a refund or send a replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not available under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, including incorrect address, missing house number, or incorrect postal code.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
- Products showing obvious signs of misuse, intentional damage, or excessive wear.
- Minor differences in color or appearance caused by monitor settings or lighting conditions.
- Change-of-mind purchases after the order has been shipped.
Out-of-Stock Items
If any item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and arrange a full refund for the unavailable item.
Refund Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
We provide free replacements under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item shipped by us.
- Missing items.
- Items damaged during transportation.
- Lost packages or orders undelivered within the eligible period.
