A traditional Chinese game of strategy

Chinese chess is also called Xiangqi, which is played by two players on a 9×10 Chinese chess board. The pieces are placed on the intersection points of the lines. Each palace represents the area in which the General / King must stay, with the central river dividing the sides.

What size should you go for?

If you like smaller pieces and a smaller set, select #50. The #60 has larger pieces which may be easier to see and handle. Check that the open board size matches the size of the space that is available in your table before ordering.

Care: Dry wooden pieces with a dry, soft cloth. Try to keep the moisture off for a long time and avoid direct heat to help maintain the wood's finish.
